I accept returns within 10 days of receipt of the jewelry. If the item is defective due to craftsmanship, I will take responsibility for repair of the item or a total refund. If returning, please ensure: 1. That the item is returned in original packing, trackable and INSURED. 2. That the item(s) is not damaged by misuse (I will not refund on damage caused by the customer). 3. Refund will be issued to original payment method, LESS original shipping charges. 4.Return to Creative Habits Artisan Jewelry, c/o Cynthia Hendrickson, 2018 Lazy Grove Dr., Kingwood Texas 77339; 832-527-9130.

At this time I accept payment through Paypal or directly by Credit Card. All charges are in U.S. dollars. PLEASE NOTE: Card information is not stored on this website. Any other information provided by you to Creative Habits Artisan Jewlery will remain private and not used in any way other than to fulfill the immediate transaction. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Creative Habits Artisan Jewelry. Paypal is easy and convenient to use and you do not have to create an account to use it.

Items ship within two to three business days after receiving payment by USPS Priority Mail, Insured.

Silver and copper jewelry will tarnish if left exposed to the air. To help prevent this you can keep your jewelry sealed inside a zip lock bag. Tarnishing will occur, especially in humid conditions (like Texas!). Should your jewelry become overly tarnished, a paste of baking soda and water can be gently rubbed on the metal. Rinse well and the tarnish will be removed. If your jewelry has broken or become damaged in some way, again, feel free to contact me. I cannot guarantee that I will be able to repair it, but I'll be happy to take a look at it and see what I can do. With your agreement, a charge may incur depending on the damage to the piece. Unfortunately I can not clean or repair jewelry that has not been bought from me.

Face coverings are not medical grade. Please, launder in a mesh bag and line dry. There is a filter pocket for your convenience. Face coverings ship free with an automatically applied discount in the cart.
